How your information is used

ChairMatch is a patient list run by dental hygiene students. It is not a dental office or a school website.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email if you give one, ZIP code, when you can come in, and your answers to the short questions about your teeth. We ask only yes or no about health conditions, and we do not collect medical details through this site.

Why we collect it

To match you with a dental hygiene student near you who can schedule your cleaning, and for no other reason.

Who sees it

The students who run ChairMatch and the student you are matched with. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Signups are stored with Netlify, the company that hosts this website.

Getting off the list

Email support@chairmatch.org and your information will be deleted. You can also ask to see what we have on file for you.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page. Last updated October 2026.
